Product: Officejet Pro 8600
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Put in cartridge from old machine into my current one.  Message saying my cartridge from another machine.  I go to Staples buy another (same 951xl) and install it.  Get message 
"There is a problem with printer or ink system.  Turn off then turn on.  If problem persists contact HP.  I tried, and was told machine is out of warrantee.  No longer support.    

     HP MUST still have knowledge of this because they STILL sell the cartridge.  How do I continue on to get the printer to work?
