junk fax blocking

I cannot get to “Junk Fax Blocking”.  Under:  Fax -> Setup ->Preferences,  there is no “Junk Fax Blocking”.

Also, I cannot find Fax Log

Do I need to reinstall software & drivers?

Agent responded to you inquiry - you did not answer.

The service to block faxes requires (according to the User Guide on Page 59) that you subscribe to a caller ID service.

The answer is objectively the same as you have received previously.

Nonetheless, if the "Junk Fax Blocker" setup to add a phone number to the Block List (regardless of whether it can be used / checked / compared) is available, that setup will show up on the menu in the Embedded Web Server (EWS) > Fax > Settings.

Honestly, I do not know if uninstalling / installing the Full Feature Software would have any effect.

If you have not done so, consider updating the printer Firmware.

Example

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar
