HP Smart

I can't sign in to HP Smart on my tablet. I have completely uninstalled the app. Made sure I have the latest version. Tried firefox browser as the KB suggests and no luck. I keep getting error code OW_500_OWSID00001. It says to contact HP support but no such thing exists. This communities I keep finding questions that never got a satisfactory resolution.  Here are the specs of my device.

Galaxy Tab S4

Android 10

HP Smart Version 16.0.0.4184 (It is the latest version available on playstore)
