Does anyone know if it is possible to "share" scanned files to multiple emails when it is connected to Outlook? It looks like it is only able to send to one email at a time.

Welcome to the HP Community --

 

Try creating an HP Smart Shortcut for the task.

 

Reminder:

There are limitations --

  • The Subject and the Message content are defined within the Shortcut -- these cannot be edited "on the fly", that is, when you are submitting the job.
  • You cannot add or remove addresses during job submission.

 

That said, the tests I've run using this method have worked.
