Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.
HP Recommended

I'm very sorry about the issue you are facing.  I am elderly as well and even had a business for several years where I helped other elderly people with their computer problems.  When Windows 10 came out, I could see that there was no hope for normal people to use a Windows computer, so I quit my business.

I can barely keep my computer and my wife's computer going these days.  Every time there is an update, I have to spend days recovering from the "enhanced features".

OneDrive is enough to drive you crazy as well.  I found a place on Twitter that has a lot of answers and was finally able to figure out how to shut it down.

Anyway, that's a short part of my story of grief with Microsoft.

HP is another can of worms, and while I finally figured out how to fix the scan path problem, I do not remember any of it and cannot help with that.

I would recommend that you find a service center near you and get them to help you in person.  It's going to cost a bundle, so be prepared.  But, that will be the best bet.

I'd suggest doing a search on Google for PC help yourtown, ST  If you are a member of Angie's List, you can find local help there as well.  Another possibility is www.yelp.com.  Use these words in your search "PC help" "name of your town" "state".  That should bring up some places that can help you in person.  Again, it could cost some money, but a good computer person can get you on track.

Personally, I do online chats, but I usually know the jargon and I can get by with that.  But, I'm pretty sure I know where you are coming from, and you really need help from a real, live person.
