hello, i am able to send faxes, and my phone rings into my fax machine but it doesn't pick it up (answer it), when i try to change the settings on the fax/printer t tells me " not authorized by the administrator " I am the admin, I cant seem to locate on here or anyplace hoe to allow myself to change the settings to allow the machine to answer incoming calls/fax. thank you
