Printed images are cropped (Sprocket Select)

The edited photo looks fine on the app, however the image is significantly cropped when printed.

• Firmware is up to date
• Tried reseting the Sprocket printer
• Tried rotating and cropping the image in the app
• Paper being used: HP Sprocket 5 x 7.6 Photo paper
• IOS 14.6 (iPhone 6)
• Sprocket app version: 2.80.7(1)

Thanks for the link - it looked like Step 4: Calibrate the printer was going to fix the problem. Unfortunately, although the print quality card was passed through the printer as per instructions, the print that followed was still cropped compared to what was shown in the app.
