I just recently upgraded the firmware of my Prime put out 1-24-18. I have it set up for RPN. Prior to this firmware upgrade I could have a value on stack 2 and a value on stack 1. Then using the covert funtion it would convert the value on stack 2 to the unit base on stack 1. Now though, it simply puts CONVERT() onto the input line. Can't figure out how to get it to take the arugments and just do the conversion. Any ideas??

Just a wild guess, but perhaps are you in CAS view?  RPN mode only works in Home view, not CAS view.

Disclaimer: I don't work for HP. I'm just another happy HP calculator user.

That's one of the things I initially thought too, but confirmed I was in Home view and not CAS. Problem persists.

Thanks for the idea though.

Just press ENTER and it will take them. The reason it no longer direct executes is because it can take either 2 or 3 arguments now to better match the CAS use of the command.

Pressing ENTER will take the lowest number directly though. If you wanted to take 3 arguments, you'd put a 3 inside the CONVERT(3) like so and it would consume 3 arguments.
