Hello Abir,

Ill try to help the best I can.

What is the method you are using to perform the reset?

Did you create the HP Recovery USB media and use that for the clean reset or did you use the HP Recovery Manager while

windows was running?

Also, what was the reason for the reset? If you were having perfomance problems, what were they?

I reset the pc from update & security > Recovery > Rest this pc...

By the way my windows installation is done by none of the drivers are installed! What should I do?

Ok so you  recovered using the Recovery Manager within Window and its working now. Good to hear.

Your drivers will have been installed as they were at factory.

Go to Windows update and update the system now. It will grab what it needs.

You can also use the HP Support Assistant to find updates for HP Drivers.
