I need to print envelopes from my phone to an HP 5255 Office Jet.

 

Android V10

Galaxy A70

 

GoToEnvelope is NOT working. My printer sees the job as 8 1/2 x 11 paper coming through, and of course I have envelopes in my printer. The HP Smart app and plugin were no help.

@5255android, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Have you tried using a computer with the HP printer drivers installed to print the envelopes and check if that works?

Yes, of course I can print envelopes from my desktop. I want to print envelopes from my Android phone.

Unfortunately, there is no option to print on Envelopes from the HP Smart app of the Plug-in. You may have to use a third-party application.

 

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
