CCX400
FW:7.1.3.0991 (as out of the box)
Goal: Provisioning CCX400 Phones DHCP/PolyLens to set them up as Teams devices, having access to the Admin user interface and not have to have the device on prem.
Success so far:
Devices are registering in PolyLens by DHCP (Option 161) and are listed in PolyLens
Problems:
Devices are not showing any status icon in PolyLens. F.e. upgrading Firmware from PolyLens is denied of the missing online status.
Devices are not activating the Web access for admin. This should be the case as per default when using DHCP 161.
Additional observations
Manually configured and PolyLens phones sometimes show a status icon (even with latest FW 8.1.0.12743). Sometimes it is green, sometimes it is red. Sometimes it changes from green to red and never gets back to green, while the devices are connected to the network 24/7.
Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Hello @nocturn ,
Your post ended up in the Spam Filter so it was moved here.
To release this one of us volunteers has to check this as this is an automatic process of the community software used to host this board.
The phone does not automatically enable the web interface just because it uses DHCP option 161. This will only be archived if the phone can successfully read a configuration set in Lens to enable this.
Does the phone accept any of the Poly Lens set configurations?
I suggest opening a support ticket on this so we can understand and check this.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier
