Anyone know if there is a way to clear out old meeting info after a meeting has either ended or if one has been cancelled? I have noticed in different conference rooms the display still shows old meeting info even if it was from days ago. Will it only clear once a new meeting is scheduled? Or is there some "clear history/cache" type of function I don't know about?
Thanks
Mark

Hello mark,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
The above is also stated in the "Read First"
Therefore the Polycom VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
Question: How can I find out my SIP or UC Software Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check here
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

The calendar function on the Trio appears to have some bugs. I noticed that if you change the logged in user on the Trio, the calendar will often keep pulling the old users' info.
I exported the config on my unit and confirmed that the old username is not anywhere on the device, but it's caching it somewhere..probably the same as your meetings. I bet if you exported the config, reset the device to factory default, and re-imported, your meetings would clear. It worked for me. Haven't had the heart yet to open another Polycom ticket.

Hi Mark,
If I'm reading the issue correctly it sounds like two problems.
-You would like to get rid of the meetings in Recent Calls/Call Lists.
-Cancelled meetings are showing up in the calendar.
If you can live without the button for the Recent Calls/Call Lists, removal of that button may be a work around.
The post here details the XML necessary to remove that button and most of the other default buttons and has the files attached in a zip to remove all or individual buttons.
For canceled meetings it usually involves users direct booking meetings in the room calendar instead of sending the resource an invite. An Exchange admin can clean up the canceled meetings and lock out direct booking.
The info here is a bit dated and environment dependent but may get you pointed in the right direction.

Hello all,
is this meeting issue on the Trio itself or the Visual+?
