Hi
VVX300 failed registration with SFB server. I can login wiith the user via software but not with the phone.
Phone configured manually (not DHCP).

welcome to the Polycom Community.
It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
The above is also stated in the "Read First"
Therefore the Polycom VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
Question: How can I find out my SIP or UC Software Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check here
Looking at your log:
001530.895|sip |4|00|MakeTlsConnection: SSL_connect error 1 001530.896|sip |4|00|MakeTlsConnection: connection failed error -1
Above shows that a SSL issue is present.
Looking at your log I can in addition see that the phone does not have a valid time so no SSL connection can be established due the lack of being ab to verify a certificate validity.
Jul 11, 2014 Question: Why can we not sign into LYNC via Pin & Extension?
Resolution: Please verify that the phone has the => correct time <= and the Option 43 and Option 120 is setup in the DHCP scope as explained =>here <= or => here <=

Resolution:UC Software 5.5.0 has not been qualified by Microsoft to use in Lync or Skype for Business deployments. Polycom will not support UC Software 5.5.0 use in Lync or Skype for Business deployments.
You are therefore using an unsupported build.
The DHCP server is not mandatory but a NTP server is required.
