The handset on two of our VVX 600's won’t answer a call when picked up. A call can still be answered by pressing accept on the screen or by hitting accept on the PC monitor through Skype for business.
I have read different posts regarding a software update but this did not rectify the issue.
Any suggestions or opinions?

It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
