Hello Everyone,

 

We have a few hundred VVX phones mixed with 410, 411, 310 and 311's.

 

We would like to keep them all at the same firmware to keep it simple.

 

We just updated them all to 5.9.6.2327.  However we just came across these two articles and it looks like we are at an MS qualified version?  Do we have to down grade to 5.9.0.9373?

Hello @igibason ,

 

Welcome back to the Poly Community.


Our partner Microsoft usually only certifies and test major releases. We as the Manufacturer produce Maintenance releases.

 

All your phones can use UC Software 5.9.6 and are supported by Poly in a Microsoft environment.
