Hi All,
Does anyone know if we can *easily* differentiate between the different Trio firmware builds in the prov server?
Can we do something like this (see the attached image) with the Master config file and keep a totally separate structure for each? (I don't have an 8500 to test with unfortunately, otherwise I'd be able to answer this question myself).

welcome back to the Polycom Community.
Simply have a look at the 000000000000.cfg and how we do this for the so called legacy phones.
