Polycom 8800 Trio Lync contacts question

Hi there,

We have a few Polycom 8800 Trio telephones set up at our place here.

Software version: 5.4.5.9658

I have a question regarding the contacts feature of this phone. Currently, if we click on the contacts on the phone it will say "No contacts". However, when we search for a contact it will search the Lync directory and will come up with the contacts. ONLY when searching though.

What I am asking is, is there a way to set the phone to have all the Lync contacts listed by default, when clicking on contacts? SO that the users can scroll through the list of Lync contacts rather than it showing 'no contacts' until the user searches?

Good to know this is working as designed. However, that doesn't really answer my question at the end of my post, copied and pasted below:
