We are seeing an issue with the Polycom VVX 600 with software version 5.4.4 (and also the 5.5.0 beta) wherein the "line key customization" option disappears if you enable the Lync/Skype Shared Line Appearance feature for the user.
Here is the "basic" settings page with the SLA feature disabled https://i.imgur.com/PvKSyeP.jpg
Here it is with it SLA enabled: http://i.imgur.com/0cKtFDt.jpg
Is there any workaround for this?

This is the intended behavior Steven. Unfortunately, EFLK has a very very limited usage as it doesn't work with SLA, Boss/Admin or anything different than standard usage.
Polycom is really really slow on that as i mentioned this problem several months ago (no i did not open a ticket, it's also going very slow for the ones i have, and this issue not critical enough for us), especially given the fact that with EFLK they removed also the option to push all the speed dials to the expansion module (it was working befre EFLK). So now you have only two incomplete way to manage your speed dials and you have to pick one anyway.
I still hope something will come with the final 5.5... let's see.

Hello stevensarginson,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
Did this ever work before ?
If yes please raise a ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you. In case this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post your phone's MAC address so I can look up who would be able to support you.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hello Jamie Jensen,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
5.7 is not a Polycom Software Version I would recognize. The currently latest is 5.5.1 Rev P or Q
Any details are listed in the Release Notes and if nothing is noted there it is not in the software.
