Hi, I'm having problems with users logging the default Lync extension out of the Trio 8800. Also periodically the Trio logs out, and displays "Lync sign in has failed" Then the user goes to attempt to logon, the credentials come up but may get deleted when attempting to logon. Also the user has to know to go to Sign In > User Credentials > to logon with the default extension.
Also people log out the phone by mistake and again the next user doesn't know the correct credentials to log in with. We use it with Exchange Discovery so it shows up Exchange Calendar information.
Many thanks in advance

Hello Mr. lee,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
It is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
The above is also stated in the "Read First"
Therefore the Polycom VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
Question: How can I find out my SIP or UC Software Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check here
In regards to your actual question:
Apr 5, 2016 Question:Can I customize the LYNC / Skype for Business sign in and out options on a Polycom RealPresence Trio 8800?
Resolution: Please check => here <= for details.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards

Hello MSE,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
This is of course not a feature and you should open a ticket.
In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you. In case this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post your phone's MAC address so I can look up who would be able to support you.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
