HP Recommended

We are having an issue with the Poly Sync 20 devices across all machines.  When you increase or decrease volume the volume level jumps multiple levels instead of one level at a time.

For example, if I am on volume 25 and I increase volume it will jump from 25 to 34 to 46 instead of 25, 26, 27, 28, etc...

 

This appears to happen using both wired and Bluetooth. 

 

Any ideas?

You have not provided any details on the firmware version so I suggest you contact our support team.
