Product: HP EliteBook 840 G8
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi All,

just received my brand new 840G8, but I have a very annoying issue...

Basically when i use the notebook with the battery, all good, but when I put the charger, in few mins and with the same software open, the fan starts full gas.... and never stops.

Already checked the bios setup and the "Fan on when charging" is not flagged..

 

Any suggestion ?
