Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello everyone,

 

My laptop is not booting and caps lock is blinking. Its 5 blinks with delay and 3 fast blinks. It seems like embedded controller issue caused by BIOS. I have tried all troubleshooting mentioned in HP websites but none of them worked. I don't have a HP center in my country so have given to local laptop repair shop. It seems like we need a BIOS bin to flash BIOS to chip manually but I cannot find the bin file in HP website. 

My laptop model number is : HP envy x360 AY0049AU AMD

 

Can someone please share the BIOS bin file or is there any from where I can get this file?
