I have a few months old Elitebook 850 G6 laptop that has so many problems, I'm disappointed.
- the rubber point stick leaves a round mark on the screen when the laptop gets closed. the mark is visible on the white/uniform program window, such as word or excel document. the mark (in the form of the dots in a circle) can be wiped off with cloth, but when you close the screen, it re-appears.
- HP Sure Run - at every startup, the HP Sure Run playes a sound, with the mysterious notifications like: "One or more alerts occurred, you can find them in Notification Panel or Windows Event Logs". Well I can't find them, certainly not in Notification Panel. Can HP make user-friendly program?
- The native resolution of the display is 1680*1050, in many programs the text is too small or blurry, for example in Windows Event Log the text is blurry. It's ridiculous that I have to tweak many programs to get them readable. Also the integrated Intel 620 graphic is very basic, but the colors are really bad.
Etc... Shouldn't the products at this stage be ready to use out of the box?

On 6 August 2020, I continue... I forgot to mention
- problems with fingerprint log-in... If I'm extremely lucky I can log in in only three attempts. many times it's impossible, and I give up after 12 attempts, and I log in with password. I am still using the phone with fingerprint unlocking, so I know that it can be done way better with my fingers, this is either sensor or program issue.
- there were two separate mysterious instances of computer suddenly shutting down in the middle of work while on battery that was not empty. the second time, after restart I got red message "Change the battery", that later dissappeared, and now I don't have problems with it. But, what was that, motherboard, battery, something that will fail further down the road?
- there was problem with the sound volume, the volume was too low even on maximum in certain programs, but this problem resolved with some updates.
