Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I need to replace my display as black spots are appearing on my screen. 

Model - HP Pavilion 15 p029tx aqua blue.

Product Number - J2C48PA

My laptop is out of warranty.

What is the procedure to get it replaced by HP?
