Product: HP deskjet 2622
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

We are a business that provide IT support for schools, one school has purchased HP Deskjet 2622 and installed the HP smart app to print and manage the printer from the app.

 

The app has a function that allows them to order consumables but it's just spinning. I think that  the school firewall is blocking it, but to allow it through I need to know the URL that the app is trying to contact. Any ports that need allowing/opening would also be useful.

 

Any Help appreicated.
