Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Printer Status and Alerts

Only 1 of two known printers are showing up in the upper LH window called DEVICES.

Under Known Printers in the RH window, there is a:

RED X in State Column

Printer Name:  HP Laserjet Office.  printer Model HP Laserjet 400 M401. 

Status: Device status cannot be determined.

Cannot figure out how to clear the Red X and have the printer show up under the Device window of Known Printers
