Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am setting up the printer to send and receive faxes.  So far, i can send faxes but not receive them.  I have a single phone line with two different phone numbers.  The voice line has a single ring tone and the fax line has a double ring tone.  I am set up for Automatic Answer; 4 Rings to Answer; Distinctive Ring Double; Answering Device for Voice Calls; Auto Answer all InComing Calls.  I had this set up on an older ink jet printer that just crashed.  It worked fine on that printer.
