HP Design Jet 111 shut down, and restart itself after sendi... - HP Support Community

Hello, I have just bought an old HP DesignJet 111 and I have some strange problems.

I'm new to HP plotters, and I've just acquired an old HP DesignJet 111 and I'm having some strange problems.

I am on MacOS 10.12 (Sierra), I don't know if it is necessary to upgrade the firmware, but I downloaded and installed all the latest versions I found on the HP website.

If I run a print from Photoshop for example with the "plain paper" + optimised settings, it works.

But if, to try a higher resolution on the same paper, I set the settings to "HP satin white paper", the printing starts, but the warning sound is heard, the printer displays on the digital screen several irregular vertical bars (not the "cartridge filling" bars), then shuts down by itself, before restarting and running the 3-page head alignment test process again.

I put my test pages here and the diagnostic page from HP Utility, on the head alignment page, I have the impression that the test is incomplete and that there are lines missing?
