 I actually managed to fix this issue by replacing the printheads.

Hi guys,

Has anyone got a fix for this issue? My printer suddenly started printing without cyan. Test page shows no cyan. There is plenty of ink in the cartridge. So that's not it. Also tried to clean the printheads and all that. Same issue.

 

Also, I know it's an estimation, but I don't think ink levels should look like this in the HP Utility. :)) Screenshot 2021-10-02 at 22.33.25.png
