Product: HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M479dfw
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

My VOIP provider supports faxing over VOIP.  I've got a Cisco SPA122 ATA router provided by the company.  The provider can see the router, but the HP printer/fax can not see a phone line coming from the ATA over the RJ11 cable provided by HP.  I've verified my connectors and setup is correct.  Does anybody else have this problem  or can someone provide an answer as to how to make this work?  Thank you.
