Product: HP Photosmart 7525

I can't print or scan using a wireless or wifi connection even tho my printer is connected to a network. On my HP smart app it shows printer ready with Green light but as soon as I try and do anything it says we weren't able to resolve the issue and can't finish printer setup right now.  You can try connecting again or continue setup from HP smart in a few hours
