Product: HP Envy 4508 printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Photo paper glossy 170 g/m2 gives problems with paper throughput. Prints with interruption causing image to be on wrong place. I followed HP's advice ( clean the rubber weels with a cotton bud and some demi water) but there is no improvement.
So the papertransport is not as it should be with 170 g/m2 photo glossy paper.
Does anyone have any advice?
Thanking evreyone in advance,
Eric
