Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, it's a week that my all-in-one printer can't install drivers in Windows 10, both wi-fi or usb connection.
Via wi-fi I can print from android smartphones, and from HP Smart on Windows 10, I can print services pages or scan , but I can't print from other Windows apps or scan from Hp Scan icon.
On Windows control panel, the printer is present, but with "driver not installed" alert.
I've tried many times to unistall the printer and reinstall everything on Windows 10, by full driver package, by basic driver package, by Hp Smart or by Hp EasyInstall, or using Hp Print and Scan Doctor...when is time to end the procedure installing driver, the procedure failed.
Also the HP Support Assistant app, recognize the printer and try to install the driver...

What can I do? Is one of that problem due to Microsoft Windows 10 updates issue?

Thanks
