Our problems haven't improved much.  They replaced the printer with a refurbished one and still have multiple issues.  The document feeder still scans with vertical lines.  Yes we can clean and good for a few weeks maybe.   Here is the list of errors in the logs for just today:

01.01.32.01 Info

F0.03.0F.04 Warning (x2)

F0.02.0E.03 Info

F0.03.13.08 Error (x3)

Still have Errors quite similar with the same exact model printer. Random errors and constant reboots on a daily basis.

F0.03.12.04
F0.02.02.03

Printer has pretty much been nothing but grief, If you do a scan to network folder or anything you sometimes have to verify in the job queue if it failed and it won't even give you a full reason. Then you reboot it, and its somehow solved for a period of time, Factory reset it 3 separate times and went with and without updates and it still breaks and you try to power cycle it and boom critical error, so you have to hard reset it and boom it magically works again for maybe the rest of the day but its consistently a problem.

I strongly urge each of you having issues with this model to continue to escalate your case with HP until get in touch with a case manager who can authorize an exchange for an alternative model. We, finally, after around half a year of troubleshooting 3 units of the same cursed model have been approved to receive an alternative model. I have been through every possible troubleshooting step myself and with an on-site technician to no avail. You will have to jump through a lot of hoops but everything indicates that us consumers will not be able to fix this printers ourselves. The only hope beyond this would be that things are resolved in a future firmware patch but there have been several released which have not resolved anything for us. Good luck to everyone.
