webjetadmin
Microsoft Windows Server 2019

I am setting up a replacement server for HP Web Jetadmin to replace and existing installation. (newer server OS).  The old server is running windows 2008r2 with webjetadmin version 10.4 SR6.  The new server is windows 2019 and HP webjetadmin 10.4 SR9.  I've followed the steps in the backup/restore readme, and was able to restore the backup on the new server, but the readme specifies to export templates and import them on the new server. When I try to import those templates, I get an error that the jetadmin version is not the same.

Is there any way for me to pull in the settings in these templates given that my newer version is not the same SR9 vs.. SR6?

Thanks.
