Has a pre-prod firmware been pushed out to one of our devices? We had a Poly Studio USB unable to connect to Wi-Fi, so it was showing as disconnected in Poly Lens.
After checking the version on the device itself its showing as 2.0.0.001096 instead of 1.5.0.000896 which is extremely weird.

2.0.0 is the latest software as announced >here<
We found some issues with Lens Desktop upgrading so we pulled it from the support page. Lens in the cloud can still upgrade it.
