Hello, I've done everything that is said, I used dv6710ep, that is the name that is in the pc and the software that I found is Nvidia. But my computer has AMD. Can you please help me or give me more information?
By the way, I don't know what happened but I was trying to burn a dvd right now with dvd maker and it says: DVD burner was not found. Make sure a DVD burner is connected and installed, and then try again. Somenone have sugestions? I don't know where to ask this. =s
Thank you

I tried your advice ....
frist it didn't installed the device driver
but I asked the wizard to select the driver manually
and I choose the same folder where YOUR driver was extracted to
it is C:\swsetup\sp37730
then it installed and worked like a charm
THANK YOU SO MUCH
YOU ARE THE BEST.
