Product: HP Office jet Pro 7740
Operating System: Chrome OS

Had to get a new Router, so new network name and password.  I had the printer set to fixed IP address on the old network.  Now it won't connect to the new network, I can't get it on the web server.  When I try to reset the printer from its control panel it says the person who set up the printer (that's me) blocked the function.  HELP!!! I can't communicate with my printer to tell it to use the new network.  REALLY NEED HELP here..
