Hello,
TL:DR : I've counted my page use, I should have 44 pages in the rollover stack. It displays 0. Where are they ? Does rollover pages expire is not used after a long amount of time ?
I'm subscribed to Instant Ink since February 2021. 15 pages plan. I didn't print often, so I count on rollover to work as expected. Back from a long holyday, I receive along my last invoice a mail asking me to put the printer on and connected, which I do immediately. And I see on my HP Smart dashboard that I have 0 rollover pages. That's surprising.
So I check my print history, and I should have 44 pages in the rollover. I know it couldn't go over 45, that's the plan. But does it reset sometimes ? I haven't read such thing anywhere, and previous research on this board tell me the same, but I ask it again.
Thanks for your help.
