Voyager 5200 UC USB-A

I use my Voyager to connect to my PC with the BT600 and to my mobile phone via Bluetooth.

On my PC I use Zoiper 5 to connect to my VOIP extension.  When I am on a call on that, if I get a call on my mobile phone, it interrupts my existing call while it rings.  How can I stop this please?

No-one?

Hello, @neiljordan, and welcome to the HP Poly community.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Poly Voyager 5200.

This could be because the headset is connected to both devices. Kindly remove all the trusted devices from the Poly Lens application and then pair the headset once again to the PC and check if the issue persists.

But that's the point, I want to have my earpiece connected to multiple devices, but surely I should be able to prevent it interrupting if I am already on a call?

With the lack of response, I guess that answers the question...

I am sorry for the delay in responding.

Kindly clear all the trusted devices, pair the headset once again, and check if the issue still persists.
