Product: 440 G9 Notebook

Last summer, we purchased a fleet of 440 G9 laptops. We've been fielding complaints about batteries not lasting very long. In my testing, a battery lasts about 2 to 3 hours with continuous use. From looking at the specs, the battery should be good for at least 11 hours (a very optimistic amount, in my opinion). Is there anything that I can try to increase the length of charge or is this what it is? Thank you in advance for the help.
