TrackPoint does not work
Updated mouse driver installed
I checked the cable connection
Does Bios have a setting

Be sure to install the latest Synaptics driver from HP, currently 15.0.17.2,
If the TouchStyk is still disabled after installation, right click on the Synaptics Pointing Device icon in the system tray, click pointing device properties. When the dialog box opens, click the TouchStyk tab

- and after you open the TouchStyk tab, ensure that the "enable" button is grey, which means that it is enabled.
