CAN NOT FIND CARE PACK CARD

I can not find my care pack card. I have the product number, serial number and order number.

Can I get another card?

In so much that I am aware: Physical cards are not necessary (and are no longer issued). 

Ask the question of HP Technical Support:

HP Contact Information – Sales, Technical Support, other Contacts

1. Fill in form:  Explain the issue> provide computer / printer identification information > submit
2. Receive Case Number and Contact Information (after the completed form is submitted)
