I would not. It is not very big so you don't gain much and contains the diagnostic utilities so it can be very useful. Also not too hard to put back when the computer is running but you only really need it if there is an issue. You can make a bootable usb flash drive with the same utilities on it so that is an option if you absolutely must have the space. But those are easy to misplace and hard to find when you need them.
