HP Recommended

Have placed an online order for my company and trying to open an online account to find delivery status etc but I get an error advising the number does not have the correct no of digits or is in the wrong format! Have tried the numbers 1) all together, no spaces 2) 3 space, 4 space 2 - as per the vat docs and 3, space, 3 space, 3 ... all with no luck, same error message. I know the vat no is correct. Not a good start! Can anyone help with this as I can't get to any HP support. So flipping time consuming! Thank you 😉
