Will you take 15 days to repair this laptop.

 

We have been thrown from post to pillar for the past 15 days.  

 

Problem in the laptop hinges.

Serial Number : [Personal Information Removed]
Product Name : L9V63PP#ACJ
Warranty Expires : 15- October-2018

 

Can't you have a process to follow the complaints and repairs.  How long you want me to wait.

 

Need proper response about this case / complaint / service.

 

1. Tell me what are all the steps you took to resolve / repaire this laptop.

2. Why it is taking such a long time to get it repaired.

3. When will i get the laptop.

4. Why you made us to wait for 15 days.
