Product: HP probook 430 g3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My probook cannot control the brightness by fn+shortcut. I've tried to update the driver and reinstall the driver but it still not working. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance.

Hi,
You cant access fn + function keys shortcuts and you have already reinstalled drivers
If you have successfully reinstalled drivers without any issue and still facing issue then dust will be cause try pumping air in fn button and other function keys.
If still error is causing then It may be hardware related issue.
I hope this will work
