Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have issues where my Notebook has crashed three times in the past month.

It completely shuts down with no warning.

Yesterday I have had the BIOS upgraded and up to now it has not crashed.

I am also seeing the message 'Video Driver has recovered' - normally when in Excel.

Checking the event log I still have thousands of WHEA Logger Event 19. (24 thousand per hour , 261k per day).

Any advice on what to do next?

thank you

Look at this link.

It is for Event 17 but is very close to being the same.

From what I can see it looks like I need to update my drivers.
This may also explain why I am seeing video recovery messages

I will look into it
Thank you
