Product: Probook 650

Hello,

 

I am trying to use HP live chat, but am gettting a message stating it is unavailable. i have a few laptops that need repair, and called in, but have been on hold for about 30 minutes. Is there a link or steps listed to make sure I am going about this right. The web site doesn't feel very inuitive.
