Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi!

I hope I've posted this in the correct place.

I jusr purchased an HP ZBook 17 G3.

Question #1:

Upon boot-up, it's like it shuts off twice before booting on the 3rd attempt. Is this normal for the ZBook?

#2: I noticed a noise yesterday exactly like I've been hearing from my 2 yr old Envy. How can I determine where this noise is coming from so I can get more information providing itcould be a problem?

#3. I had purchased an HP Omen that could not seem to hold an internet connection. Yesterday when I first began trying to do some initial setup, after a few minutes nothing internet-related would load. I had to disconnect and reconnect to correct and continue. I had read this is common with Windows 10. Did I hear correctly or is it a problem with HPs higher-end notebooks (though I can't imagine the latter!)?

Thank you!!!

Karen

When you update the System BIOS, the system wil shut off a few times and notice a noise. Once the system boots to OS, it should be fine. If you stil has the problem, I would recommend you update System BIOS to v1.12, set BIOS settings to default and update all of drivers using HP Softpaq Download Manager.
